Hi everyone! I'm so happy today because the weather is finally under a 100 degrees! It's still in the 90's but I can't remember how long it's been since we had temperatures below 100! Thank you Lord! I think we might get some rain too, how exciting is that? Not much for the ones who have been hit by storms, I know, but for those of us who have been melting under the hot Texas heat and paying crazy high Electricity bills it is exciting news. I'm so ready for my two favorite seasons, Fall & Winter. I'm also ready for Zara to open it's online store in the USA Sept. 7th! Too many things to be grateful for, hope you all have a restful Labor Day!
Cardigan: Gap $12.99
Linen skirt: J. Crew $2.99

I love mustard yellow that's one of my favorite fall colors. I'm also very excited about the Zara online store opening!! I cant wait to do some shopping! :)
I'm thankful for lower temperatures too and the final days of summer!!
Have a GREAT Labor Day weekend!! :)
I love the mustard skirt! And is that cardi mint? It looks very much like cream in these photos...
Chic on the Cheap
You're right Lyddie, it does look like cream, it's the lighting that makes it look so faint in the picture but I assure you it's mint. =)
I'm so glad that the heat has abated just a bit! If I lived in Texas, I'd like fall and winter best, too! Have a happy day off!
This mustard skirt is such a lovely autumn piece! Love it - you can use it to create so many great fall outfits <3

Cute outfit. Did you really pay only $1 for those shoes? The low-cost of your clothes amazes me. I shop discount- and thrift-stores here (in NY) and have to pay much more than you do.
You look so nice and cool in this. I think you can wear longer sleeves in the heat as long as they're loose like you've got here. Hope it cools down for you soon! Too hot to hug hug to you! ~Serene
I'm loving that mustard yellow! You look lovely as usual. I was wondering if you would be interested in guest blogging on my blog?
