Blue & Green

Hello everybody! Today was a great day at work, the highlight of the day happened outside in the playground, two of my little ones decided not to follow the rules today so they had to sit in time out during recess, suddenly we saw the BIG fifth graders run by to get in line, one of the boys, tough-looking 5th grader with a mohawk, ran towards us, I knew he was my little one's older brother, they look just alike and the older brother was also in my kindergarten class 5 years ago. I thought he was going to ask why his little brother was in time out, but instead he just leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek and then continued along his way, aw! it just melted my heart, totally unexpected. ^_^
I love the idea of wearing faux pearls a'la Jackie, hidden behind the garment.
I had to wear my trench in the morning because it was a bit chilly (60's). I love this jersey, I bought it at Zara when I was on vacation in Guadalajara, Mexico, I almost went crazy wanting to buy everything at the store had it not been for my boyfriend who saved me by being impatient. =)
Jersey: Zara $19
Faux Pearls: Vintage $2.49
Belt: from a thrifted dress
Skirt: J. Crew /thrifted $5.65
Shoes: Metro7/ thrifted $ 7.49
Trench: TJ Maxx $30

I love how preppy you are today! My school is K-12 and there is nothing cuter than when the tiny kids have siblings in high school who are so sweet to them!

Cute, cute, cute! That story really does warm the heart. And I can't believe that Zara in Mexico is so affordable! Here it's the $60 store. So many cute pieces, but all so expensive. Of course, it's affordable in Puerto Rico, so maybe Costa Rica just loses this round?
Love your outfit!
