A hat and simplicity

Today's outfit was feminine with a masculine twist. The cap is vintage, I bought it during the summer and finally got to wear it today. I didn't add any accessories to the outfit because I wanted it to be as simple as possible. I wore the cap because it's Drug Awareness week and today's schedule called for a hat. Tomorrow it's going to be camouflage, I still don't know how I'm going to pull that one off and Friday pijamas!

Outfit Details:
Shirt: Gap/ thrifted
Skirt: Express
Shoes: Vintage
Hat: Vintage

I love it. And it seems sort of fallish : ) You always rock it! LOVE your pictures outside too. Pretty. And the leaf? Brilliant!

There's a reason that black and white is a classic combo. I'm inspired to try something like this....

Adore it. I especially love that black skirt. Ahh I get so jealous when I see your clothes and see that everything is vintage/thrifted! Wish I had your kind of skill when I go thrift shopping! Ha ha :)

Hi!

The black skirt and white blouse are timeless! I really want to try this out myself now and I think I'll keep this in mind for the next occasion I need something classic.

I especially like the combination with a vintage hat - both in these pictures and in those of Saturday (the "1920's paperboy").

Kind regards,
Ilona

Yes, white and black are a must, sometimes when I wear them I'm hesitant because one can end up looking like a waitress hehe but I think this outfit was good, not waitress-looking at all.

It's so cute that you have theme weeks at school!
Do all the kids participate as well?

I used to own a bunch of those Irish-looking hats, and I realized that they just don't look good on me :-/ I've stuck with berets ever since. The hat looks nice on you, though!

I think what is striking about the outfit is its simplicity. You don't need accessories for this one!

I love the idea of themed weeks at school. I really wish I could get my coworkers to get on board with that in our office. Of course, only if I got to choose all the themes! Ha!
Good luck with the camo outfit! I'm sure you'll be successfully stylish!

I am obsessed with full skirts. What a great way to balance feminine and a masculine look!

I love this look, it might be one of my favourites of yours ever. The cap is so cute, I love the juxtapositioning of the masculine and the feminine. Unexpected, but just stunning!
