Shoe Refashion # 4

Once more I will do another shoe refashion. This time my shoe refashion is inspired by these flats from J. Crew, aren't they lovelly?
Well I had a simple pair of nude flats that I bought before my shopping diet, even though I liked them they were a bit meh...
These are the materials you need:
Pair of flat shoes (or any other type of shoe you want to paint)
Spray paint of the color you choose
Tape
Plastic bags
Scissors
I chose a glossy finish paint since my shoes have a bit of shine to them.
I started to make small cuts to the tape in order to open the tape to do a curved line.
Once the tape is cut tape to shoe, make sure there are no holes through which the paint can go.
Add some tape to the sole in case it's a different color than your paint.
Wrap the bag around the shoes and tape it in place. This is how it will look front and back.
Take outside and spray!
Spray!
And don't forget the sides I checked mine and they still needed a coat of paint (glad I caught that on time).
After 10-15 minutes carefully remove the tape, if some paint got into the shoe you can use a nail file to carefully scrape off the excess paint.
Now you have a great looking pair of shoes!

Those look awesome!!!
Will the paint be flexible enough to withstand the bend of the shoe when walking?
(I tried painting shoes once and had that problem)

Ps, email me your address and I'll send you the earrings!!

I just bought the same exact shoes in red when I spend my vacation in the US last year. Now that I wear them all the rime, I wish I would have gotten them in more colors. Too bad, they doen't sell Steve Madden in Germany. Yours look great.
